- Planning of air & sea shipments
- Floating enquires to forwarder & finalization.
- Freight forwarder nomination asper Incoterms, mode of shipments based on Cargo details.
- Co-ordination with consignors / forwarders for shipment movement & micro updates to all the concerns.
- Checklist Approvals with verifying all the mandatory details for import BOE / export SB filing & clearance process.
- Ensuring not to late BOE filing to avoid fine & penalties.
- Prior information to Finance team with advance duty details for on time duty payment & avoid duty interest.
- Co-ordination with Finance for duty payment
- On time clearance of import & export shipments
- Issue the E -way bill & arrange the transportation for cargo delivery.
- Checking of import shipment as per import documents, if any damages & shortages immediate intimation to concerns
- If Damages, process for insurance claim & ensure to get the claim.
- Import shipments GRN with freight invoices & submissions to Finance after Quality acceptance.
- Ensure on time payment to freight forwarders & transporter.
- Export shipments packing as per the materials nature & forwarder nomination as per cargo movement.
- Communicate to project team & follow up till cargo delivery to customer place.
- Submission of export documents as per finance requirements
